Buyer acknowledges that all items purchased are not new and are not sold in “as new” condition. All products are sold as is without warranty. Repairs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All items are FIRST FLOOR delivery only. Mother’s Attic is not responsible for any damages after the time of purchase. All sales are final. No refunds will be granted after the time of purchase. No refunds will be granted for items purchased or for any paid delivery fees.
