ITEMS:
Items that we do not currently carry (subject to change) include: toys, puzzles, games or porcelain dolls, clothing, shoes, luggage, single cups & mugs, personal grooming items, bikes or bike racks, sports or exercise equipment, skates or related items, child car seats, safety helmets of any kind, lawn & garden equipment, washers, dryers, stoves, refrigerators, automotive parts, plastic greenery or plastic flowers, seasonal items which are no longer in season, sewing machines, sewing tables, electronics ( speakers, TVs stereos, computers, floor model stereos, phones etc) & Press-board furniture of any kind.  Cassettes, VHS  and 8 track tapes.  All lamps, pictures and linens must be approved by the manager.

1.     Mother’s Attic will consign my items for sale and that I will not remove these items before the current consignment period of 60-90 days.____
2.     Mother’s Attic may remove certain consigned items from the store before the end of this period if it is determined that these items are broken, damaged or unmarketable._____
3.     Mother’s Attic is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. ____
Any insurance coverage for items I consign is my responsibility____
4.     Mother’s Attic has the right to refuse any item_____
5.     Mother’s Attic may also remove my items from the store and close my account if it is determined that I have not read or followed this policy_____
PRICES:
6.     My consigned items will be priced at the discretion of Mother’s Attic _____
7.     If I am “expecting” a certain dollar-- $$$$$$---amount on any of my items, I MUST  list that priceat the time of drop-off _______(on back or attach) 
8.     Once the item has sold, I cannot dispute the price ______
9.     My consigned items may be discounted and that the sale price of these items will be split 50/50 between Mother’s Attic and myself when items are sold ____
10. Any items that need to be put together or assembled will be done by the consignor, and that all items consigned MUST be clean and in good condition.  Items that are broken, chipped, batteries missing, dirty or with yard sale stickers on them will not be accepted, and will be discarded if brought in to us _____
PAYMENT:
11. I am responsible for checking/knowing the current “list of items” not being taken, the policy that I am signing now, and the payout policy---which will be posted at the store _____                                                                                                                                                     
 
12.     I am responsible for updating any changes  to my mailing address, email address,  or phone number(s)______
13.     I am the legal owner of the items.  I have the legal right to sell them; and there is no lien against any of the items ______
14.     I am responsible for knowing my account number and all items are to be marked PRIOR to dropping them off.  Unmarked boxes will be donated or thrown away___
15.     I am responsible for a “dated” list of inventory to compare with my sold items_____
16.     I am aware that there is a 3-box, bag or item limit and I must email in advance if I need to bring in more than 3 items at any one time____
17.     I am aware that the Mother’s Attic staff priority is the selling of 8000+ consignor items that are received weekly_____
18.       I am also aware that I must check on the sale status of my items at the website www.MyResaleWeb.comQuestions concerning status of items cannot be answered at the store counter or via phone. Print outs cannot be provided. All account disputes will be handled via EMAIL* and will be resolved AFTER BUSINESS hours______

A   ______Please DONATE (D) my items.  I agree that any items not sold during the store’s current consignment period will then become the property of Mother’s Attic and will be donated if not sold. (no fee)

B. _______  Please RETURN ALL (R) unsold items to me.  I agree that it is my responsibility to pick up these items from Mother’s Attic 7 business days after I have been emailed or they also will become the property of Mother’s Attic.
I will be charged a fee of $3.00 each month.
( Please note:  One occurrence of not picking up items after being contacted  will automatically change the contract to a donate status) 
 
C.       ______ESTATE ACCOUNT (E)  Items will be sold for a period of no less than 120 days with ONE payout via check and ONE list of inventory if indicated below.
